Piazza in the Village Wedding with Rezarta and Nathan

This is a three part wedding celebration: Ceremony at Granbury, Destination wedding in Greece, and reception party at Piazza in the Village. Last Saturday, I had the honor to be the wedding photographer for Rezarta and Nathan. After a long drive to Granbury, we were blessed with great weather and lots of wind to cool us down from the Texas heat. For those who have not been to Granbury, you will be surprised by its Victorian architecture and country lifestyle.

The ceremony took place at a private waterfront property under several trees. Several of her closest family and friends were there to celebrate and be a part of a wedding that had it all: laughter, tears, and joy. Take a moment and enjoy a short collage of images from their Ceremony and beautiful images from the Reception at Piazza in the Village.

Dancing has always be a tradition of many culture. However, for the Greek, dancing has religious origin with each step telling a story like how I like to tell stories with my images. Zorba is a classic dance is danced in three parts to alternating tempos with steps that are easy to remember. I love how they put their arms around each others shoulder as they danced.  A celebration is not complete without dancing the Kalamatianos and Tsamikos.
